We have been renting high quality accommodation in Norwich to students and young professionals since 2002 and have been members of the Eastern Landlord’s Association since 2003. We advertised through Homerun for over 13 years but with a rapidly expanding portfolio, the time has come to start our own website.
As landlords we have been students ourselves in shared houses of all sorts and with our own children now at University, we know what it means to be on the other side of the renting experience. We are continually amazed at the poor quality of accommodation that is generally on offer and aim to provide comfortable and properly looked after houses that can be your home from home whilst you are studying in Norwich.
We cannot stretch to providing en suites or spa suites but we do take pride and care in the furnishings and fittings in our houses. You will find quality carpets, tasteful curtains, clean mattresses and in many cases antique or ‘shabby chic’ furniture. Every property comes with a Home Information Folder packed with information on looking after yourself and your new home.
We like to think that we are honest and fair and will look after our properties and our tenants. In return we expect our tenants to also look after our properties and treat us and our homes with respect. We respond very well to politeness and patience and aim to have a friendly and satisfying relationship with all our tenants.
